My apartment in the Geteviertel is 125 square meters over 2 floors on the upper ground floor and basement of a typical old Bremen house. The guest bedroom (1.60 m bed) is located in the quiet basement to the garden with small Terrace. There is also a shower room here. In the upper area are living room with TV, kitchen and dining room (also with TV) with upper terrace to the garden with old trees. The guest toilet can also be used. Baker, Bus and train station (8 min. to the main train station) are 300 m away.

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

With us, you will be vacationing in the quiet countryside. You can watch deer and rabbits running across the surrounding fields from your large terrace. From the master bedroom, a staircase leads to the 2nd bedroom. Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible. Wildeshausen is only 10 minutes away by car.

At the gates of Oldenburg and Bremen, we offer our own self-contained flat from 2012 with its own kitchen and bathroom with shower. The bed is nice and large and cozy with enough space for 2 people. It has a large wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and its own terrace for chilling. The entrance is separate and the tenant is therefore independent of the landlord. A private parking space is available at the house. A bus to Oldenburg leaves only 5 minutes away.

We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee.
