Located by itself in the middle of a mountain overlooking the Ångermanälven river. In clear weather, the mountains are visible 100 km away (Borgafjäll). Two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. 6 beds in total. Fully-equipped kitchen; oven + stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Toilet and shower with washing machine. Dog yard with room for 3 dogs. Pets are not allowed in the residential house. Fireplace and access to free firewood.

Within walking distance is the 10-kilometer long lake where there are plenty of perch, pike and whitefish. Boat and some fishing gear can be rented.
