The apartment is newly renovated with a modern equipped kitchen, separate entrance. The most beautiful view of the village is from our porch. It's quiet here, but you won't be bored. We are natives, we know the village and the surroundings as few do. We are happy to advise. You can explore the old mining monuments, nature. We provide parking, massage, bicycles, sledges. We have playgrounds here. We breed rams, fish and cats. Even the little ones will enjoy themselves. There is a fireplace, gazebo, meadow. In winter, you start and end cross-country skiing and ski touring right next to the house.

Warehouse

The depot is located in the heart of the beautiful nature of the mining village. It offers absolute privacy in the embrace of nature. During your stay, you will be surrounded by the sounds of nature. Originally used for the repair of mining carts, it was renovated with a sense of aesthetics and ecology by the project of Ing. Arch. Eliška Turanská for original loft housing. Thanks to this sensitive approach, the accommodation in the Depot has retained its GENIUS LOCI, which is enhanced by the stained glass window of Katka Pokorná, or in the decommissioned mining "huntík" from Hodruša Hámrov.

Charming mountain cottage with sauna, jacuzzi, garden tub

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. Our log cabin provides the perfect microclimate. It is located in Ząb, the highest village in Poland, 10 km from Zakopane. The house and garden offer a wonderful view of the Tatra Mountains. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. The attraction is a fireplace, a small SPA with a jacuzzi tub, a Finnish sauna or an infrared sauna. In the garden you can light a fire, there is a hammock, swings and a garden tub. Stay for at least 2 people (when booking, please select the number of people who will be staying).

Renovated spacious house, right next to the Nová hoľa ski slope. There are two bedrooms: the first with 4 and the second with 2 fixed beds and one extra bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a wonderful view of the ski slope. Bathroom with shower and toilet + another separate toilet. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. There is a fireplace in the living room. Summer terrace with barbecue available. Possibility to park 3 cars. Total capacity 6 + 3 persons.

Apartment under the Arrow

Accommodation in a unique environment with year-round activities, a short trip to the Little Fatra, Great Fatra, Chočské vrchy, Tatras, but also a short trip to Orava Castle or Liptovská Mara. The large yard offers space for smaller children, who will find swings, a garden house with a sandbox and a slide. In the garden, there is space, for example, for badminton, or just a pleasant sitting in the grass. Protected parking right in the yard and generous accommodation is perfect for one or more days of recreation.

Riverside Residence

The house has three separate apartments available. Each has a bedroom for 2 to 3 people and a double living room (apartment 1 has a fireplace), a well-equipped kitchen with a dining room, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a bath or shower. There is also a lockable basement for storing your equipment or bicycles. Private parking and spacious terrace with access to the river and the possibility of roasting on an open fire. The surroundings provide plenty of hiking opportunities in both summer and winter.

Sweet cottage Donovaly

The cozy Dolce Cottage in the heart of Donovaly will charm you with its combination of peace and comfort. Completely renovated in 2025, it offers modern accommodation just 400 m from the Nová hoľa ski slope. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, an additional separate toilet, 8 comfortable beds in three bedrooms, a spacious living room with a sofa (sleeping for 2), a Finnish sauna (extra charge), Wi-Fi, a summer terrace, and parking nearby.

One-level apartment (100 m2) located in a wooden house at an altitude of 1050 above sea level!!! The entrance is separate. The apartment has a large terrace, we provide deckchairs. The view of the mountains "enters" the living room:) You can park your car on the property. The sauna and fireplace are free ,the 2x jacuzzi ( wood hot tub) paid extra. You can reach Gubałówka on foot(1 hour) and go by ropeway to Krupówki (4 minutes). Surroundings: hiking and cycling routes, ski slops!

Uncle Ivan’s Cabin

The two bedroom A-frame house was remodeled in 2022. The space offers beautiful views of nature and the night sky from the large window in the master bedroom. Travelers will enjoy unique playful interiors. The tiny house is surrounded by forests but only few minutes from the historical downtown of Banska Bystrica. The spacious garden has a firepit and grill.
