This is a quiet private pension located near Seorak Beach, between Sokcho and Yangyang. The main tourist attractions of Sokcho and Yangyang are all located within a 10-minute drive, making them easily accessible. It is a pension for only one team, with a toilet, kitchen, air conditioner, and an independent barbecue with a beam screen sound system, and has a lawn and a pool yard where children can safely play. The pension is surrounded by fences on all sides, so it is safe to let the children loose. The low pool height of 40cm minimizes the risk of safety accidents when children play in the water, and it is for tap water (cold water) only, so the pool water is not reused. It has a free parking lot of 330m2 and a total of 3 toilets (shower rooms). All facility fees in the pension are free It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 ondol room, and a spacious living room.
