Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. A very extensively renovated knight's hall apartment grants a wonderful view of the natural surroundings. The heart of the apartment is the new fully equipped kitchen within the Knight’s Hall (78 m 2). Uniquely, The huge fireplace and the baroque stucco work come from the 18th century dominates the rear wall of the Knight’s Hall apartment. The spacious bathroom (19 m 2) and the bedroom (23 m 2) were also freshened up in 2018. In addition to the outdoor seating area, a parking space is available.

The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.
