The property boasts an enviable location just steps away from Casa de Campo's Minitas Beach. The Space Bedrooms 1 & 2 have both Air Conditioner and Ceiling Fans. The 3rd bedroom is open plan with NO door. There’s NO air conditioner just a ceiling fan and a floor fan. It has a full private outdoor bathroom. The villa has a private pool and front and back yard. it is an excellent option to be relax and enjoy and the beach!. the villa is just in front of the Club Tracadero, the rent include free entrance to the club!, there you can find pools, restaurant, bar, spa, tennis, padle ball and football court. The villa is 10 minutes walking from the beach!. it's important to know that Dominicus is growing so fast and in the area near the house is under construction.
