A compact tasteful sitting room dining area with beautiful views. A kitchenette with fridge induction plate Nespresso and microwave. Basic ingredients present (coffee tea pepper salt oil vinegar). Private toilet. At the rear terrace doors (also entrance) private garden (on SW) veranda and 2nd terrace (dining table, 2 sun loungers and gas BBQ).
