Sole occupancy of this home. Freshly decorated to a high standard with modern appliances and plenty of room with a cosy atmosphere throughout. All rooms are light and pleasantly comfortable. Sleeps three with one double room with kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom and one single room and a second bathroom with shower. Living room with log fire. Oil central heated. Lots of storage for bikes, fishing gear, ample parking and outdoor area (not enclosed) for sitting and enjoying the enviable views.

We are close to the route south / north too and from Edinburgh but far enough away (1.5km) to not get interrupted by road / traffic noise.
