Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, but it can also be used. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, accessible 10 meters across the courtyard (shared use until 10 pm).

On about 45 square meters, it is time to arrive, sit back and relax. You will stay in the heart of Rheinhessen in beautiful Harxheim - a pretty vineyard village at the gates of Mainz. The apartment is part of our single-family home, has a separate entrance and a private parking space right by the house. We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. It is located on the first floor of a two-family house and consists of a living room, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a hallway with a wardrobe and infrared/heat cabin. The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2018. The landlords live upstairs. Note: Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.

"Nierstein is like vacation" say all guests who have visited this beautiful little town from other parts of Germany. Your room with a spacious bathroom, spacious hallway and the possibility to prepare breakfast is located on the outskirts of Nierstein, directly next to the vineyards overlooking the Rhine. The train station is about 8 minutes, to Nierstein market square with the many nice restaurants and wineries about 15 minutes.

Breakfast with fresh buns, jam, cheese, joghurt and coffee/tea is included.

Beautifully converted holiday apartment (former hayloft) over 2 floors with 104 sqm in an old barn. The apartment can be reached separately via an external staircase. The living room has two large skylights, which flood the room with light. The beautiful garden and pool can be shared. The garden is behind the barn.
