This charming little cottage with exposed stones is located in the Empié estate, designed as a hamlet. It is independent, without adjoining, with a private terrace on the orchard side. In summer, the estate has picnic tables in the woods, a summer lounge, a petanque court, a laundry (available on request, €5/machine) The 8.75 x 3.75 m pool allows you to relax and cool off in peace. Everything is done to make you feel good, to disconnect from your daily life.

Stunning Dordogne holiday house & heated pool

Les Brandes is perfect for a complete retreat from the pressure of daily life. Two lovely stone houses and a large heated private pool sit at the end of a track, surrounded by woodland and pasture. The two houses offer great flexibility for a group of family or friends, with space for 9. If you are a smaller group you can rent one cottage for a reduced price (except in July & August). The cottages will never be let independently of each other.

Unusual and cozy, charming house backed by the cliff. In a small pedestrian alley, right next to the tropical gardens, in the middle of the village of La Roque Gageac. Mild climate at all times due to its south-facing exposure. And thanks to the protection of the cliff, of which you will find a piece in the living room and bedroom. Very nice view from the terrace of the Dordogne River.

The house is close to our main home but remains totally independent. Available all year. Pets are welcome, including horses that we can accommodate in the meadow with an unfenced shelter.
