It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

Enjoy Home away from home, clean and comfortable. Ičići and Ika beaches are 10 minutes away on foot, as well as shops and restaurants, return uphill - View! Supermarkets are 5 minutes away by car, as well as Peharovo beach (free parking) and many other beaches. The apartment is an excellent base for visiting the Opatija Riviera on foot along the sea - Lungomare. Rovinj, Porec, Pula, Motovun, islands of Krk (bridge), Cres, Rab, Lošinj, national parks.
