Can also comfortably sleep up to 2 children (from 5 years) on single mattresses in loft area accessed by a ladder and hatch. NOT SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS. Set at the foot of the South Downs national park this tiny but perfectly formed annex is an ideal base for walking and cycling. Explore the quiet country lanes or walk the South Downs way. After an energetic day sit on the patio and watch the sun set. Or relax around the wood burner. In addition historic Ditchling with it’s gastro pubs and museum is a short walk. Alternatively there is Lewes to explore, an easy drive away or vibrant Brighton with its variety of amenities and attractions.

The bottom of the downs a five minute drive and a handful of pubs all within a 5mile radius. Plumpton station a 2 minute drive you can be in London within the hour.

At the foot of Ditchling Beacon, this unique yurt-style cabin sits within South Downs View Glamping, a countryside retreat featuring just our yurt and shepherd's hut with breathtaking views. With a king-size bed, living area, heating and cooling, Wi-Fi, cooking facilities, and private bathroom, it has everything. Ditchling village is just a 5-minute walk away, while Brighton is only 20 minutes away. Ditchling Wild Sauna is also located on site (booked separately). Dogs and horses welcome.

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

The Old Calving Yard. Charming barn conversion.

The Old Calving Yard is a beautifully converted barn originally built between the wars. It is on a diversified working farm which includes recreational fishing lakes and offices in the former farm buildings. Located in Wivelsfield, equidistant from Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill, a stones throw from historic Lewes, Brighton, the coast and Glyndebourne. 35mins from Gatwick and 45mins by train to London. There are many local pubs to enjoy and endless walks on the beautiful South Downs.

Idyllically situated down a quiet, magical lane, our oak-framed barn is surrounded by hills and woodland, with stunning views on all sides. There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.

Green Park Farm Barn

In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
