Ashwell Cottage is located in the grounds of our home, Ashwell House at the end of a country lane in the heart of the peaceful and tranquil Devon countryside. The Cottage was completely renovated in 2019. It has its own cottage garden, which in turn is set in the substantial grounds of Ashwell House. French doors open out onto a patio area with an outdoor dining space. The loudest noise you are likely to hear is the occasional passing tractor, and our own normally well behaved dog.

The Annexe is adjoined to Noland House and boasts two bedrooms, a large open planned kitchen and living area, with a wet-room bathroom and use of a private garden area. There's Wi-Fi, free parking for one vehicle (and access to an EV charger on request), and the all facilities of a modern home. Situated in South Brent, not only do you have Dartmoor on the doorstep, but access to the beautiful South Hams (including its many beaches) plus excellent amenities in the local village.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
