The Freisberg

The house is situated in a beautiful garden in the quiet, idyllic Palatine village of Mühlheim. The Gesindehaus is tastefully restored and expanded and has many loving details. On the first floor is the living/dining room with a fireplace as well as the kitchen room with a spiral staircase to the top floor. In addition, there is the bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine as well as a bedroom with workplace and double bed (120 cm). In the studio of the attic is another bed (180 cm) and a large roof terrace.

Wunderbare Penthouse Wohnung mit fast 360° rundum Blick in Alzey, mitten im Herzen Rheinhessens. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Das Penthouse wurde 2017 auf das bestehende Haus aufgestockt und hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 50 qm². Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der riesige U-Balkon der vom Wohn- und Essbereich anhand von vier Türen aus erreicht werden kann. Befindet man sich hierauf hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Weinberge und die Stadt.

As the name suggests, the apartment is a former saddlery and everything around it and the courtyard breathes the breath of the past, leaving stress and business behind. In good weather, our roof terrace can also be used; we describe our large garden as a well-kept wild garden (picture with long-eared owl).

In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
