The Studio, a calm space, in a very tranquil location, to spend a few days, or break up a long journey. It is hidden away in our peaceful smallholding in Central France, and yet just 20 minutes from the A20. Close to villages and small towns where you can find Boulangerie's, shops and restaurants. The Studio sleeps 2, but a travel cot (and bedding) for babies can be provided (please message to check for availability, as we have one travel cot between two listings)

Studio of 25m2, in quiet village, giving access to hiking trails. 38 minutes from the Val de Vienne, close to Futuroscope, 1 hour from Limoges and Poitiers and 5 minutes from Dorat, train station 3 minutes away connecting Poitiers - Limoges. In the studio: a sofa area with TV, a 140×200 bed and ensuite bath. In another room a kitchenette (airfryer, microwave, induction plate) and toilet. Garage available (bike or motorcycle).

A private terrace with a hot tub (closed from Oct 06 to April 10) and a garden furniture allow sunbathing, accessed by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat outdoors and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.
