The apartment is completely renovated and consists of kitchen, living and dining room as well as guest toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes and pots are available. A free parking space is available on the property.

Unser kleines Backhaus stammt ursprünglich aus dem 17. Jahrhundert und gehörte zu einem großen Niedersachsenhof, der leider nicht mehr existiert. Jutta hat das Haus vor gut 20 Jahren erworben und es mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail zu einer kleinen Oase gemacht. Gelegen im 1000 Seelen Dorf mit Dorfladen, Bank und Tankstelle kann man Ruhe und Entspannung unter den riesigen Eichen finden. Ausgebaute Radwege laden zu Fahradfahren ein. Die ländliche Umgebung bietet jede Menge Natur.

Wolltet Ihr schon immer mal auf die Seychellen und habt es bis jetzt nicht geschafft? Unser schönes Gästehaus, welches im Stil der Seychellen eingerichtet ist, wartet auf Sie. Es liegt gegenüber dem Haupthaus auf einem ca. 4000 m² großen Grundstück. Das Gästehaus befindet sich am Rande eines privaten Waldes (Waldbaden [Das bewusste Verweilen im Wald] und Lagerfeuer möglich). Das Schlafzimmer, welches sich im Obergeschoss befindet, ist über eine Treppenleiter zu erreichen.

There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

It is distributed on 2 floors, on the ground floor there is living room, kitchen, bedroom 1 as well as bathroom 1 and access to the terrace with garden. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility. On the 1 floor are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.

In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. In comfortable beds, you can sleep deeply and relaxingly in peace and seclusion. Guests with children and/or four-legged family members are welcome.
