This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Welcome! In our apartment you will find 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. The sofa in the living room can be pulled out to a sofa bed, which could accommodate even more people. The apartment is the upper floor of our house with a balcony. If you are a smoker, smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Parking is available in the side streets. You can stop on our property to unload your luggage.

Waldferienhaus - Cosy cottage close to the forest

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.

A house like a home

The 120 m² ground floor can accommodate up to 8 guests (incl. Towels and freshly made beds) and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed environment. There are several small islands such as our reading nook or coffee bar. There is a small play area and sandbox for the children. The 700m2 garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.

Forget your worries – This quiet, detached house invites you to have breakfast on the terrace with a wide view over fields, forests and lots of greenery. Perfect for a holiday or a weekend for two. For cold days or cosy evenings, there is a private sauna, a hot tub and a wood-fired tiled stove. Shops are within walking distance, as are many lovely hiking and forest trails.
