There is a lemon, pomegranate, fig and olive tree in the garden. It is 7-8 minutes walking distance to Akbuk beach (on the cold water side). It is a 2-minute walk to Akbuk Dolmus garage and the market set up on Tuesdays. It is also a 15-minute walk to all markets (Migros, A101, Bim, Sok) and the bazaar. Tourism Approval No :09-47-1
