Our cozy, quiet 1-room apartment is located in the downtown Bockelsberg district. It offers the ideal combination of recreation in the city and nature. Downtown is less than 10 minutes away by bike. University, bus connection, supermarket, pharmacy and bakery are just 5 minutes (on foot) away. The newly built apartment can be entered through a separate entrance. It can accommodate 2 guests, has a living/sleeping room, a pantry kitchen and a modern bathroom with a large shower. A storage space for bicycles/e-bikes is available.

Entspanne dich mit der Familie oder mit Freunden in dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft. Mit Grill und Feuertonne könnt ihr es Euch draußen gemütlich machen. Im Winter sorgt der Kamin für kuschelige Stunden. Oder ihr erkundet die Gegend. Das schöne Lüneburg (10 km), Hamburg (40 km) und die Lüneburger Heide (15 km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Frische Brötchen gibt es beim Bäcker um die Ecke. Das idyllische Waldbad ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Ideal für Mädelsgruppen "Macarons backen mit mir" 6TN, 4h, á 60€.

Die 1-Zi. Souterrain- Whg (45qm) befindet sich in einem EFH in einer Sackgasse in Ochtmissen. In nur 10 Min erreichen Sie mit dem PKW das Stadtzentrum. Die Buslinie 5005 fährt quasi direkt vor der Tür ab. Über einen separaten Eingang erreichen Sie die Whg. Zu der Whg. gehört eine komplett ausgestattet Küche, ein Dusch-WC, ein Wohn-Schlafzimmer, Waschmaschine, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, TV und WLAN stehen zur Verfügung. Kleinkinder sind auf Grund der Sicherheitsbedingungen nicht gestattet.

In Lüneburg you can visit the Salt Museum, the Art Museum, the Natural History Museum, many restaurants and many shopping opportunities.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.
