This 4 bedroom townhouse is a converted wool store on part of the old John Smedley factory. It’s a world heritage site and sits in Lea Bridge near Matlock. It’s just a 2 mile walk to Cromford Mill along the Canal. A great area for bike rides,road and off roading. A great base to visit Matlock Bath, Bakewell and Crich tram museum is only 1 mile away. The village of Holloway is a 10 minute walk away which has a post office and shop. Holloway also boasts a fantastic butchers and a lovely cafe.

Beautiful country farmhouse situated down a 250m private drive on the outskirts of the village of Tansley. On the hillside below Riber Castle the property is surrounded by horse pastures and farmland. There are stunning views from every window. The house has been completely renovated with the input of an interior architect to an extremely high standard. Many of the original Victorian features have been retained and stylishly combined with a super modern kitchen and bathrooms.

Fox Cottage is easy to access by car, train or bus via Matlock. Located on the edge of The Peak District, natural beauty is in every direction. Two great food pubs within easy walk. The Old Mill and Cottage in Holloway Matlock Derbyshire provide self-catering accommodation with excellent views of Derwent Valley. The Old Mill featured many characters, with an old beamed ceiling, an old spiral staircase and a tower. It offers 5 bedrooms which accommodate 12/15 people.
