Pet friendly and located just 15 min from downtown Bend. The Oasis Airstream is on a quiet 10 acres. I live here with my family and have a small farming business. This cottage is the perfect base camp for your getaway. Plenty of room for boats, and toys for days on the water, with your favorite amenities to wind-down at night. Enjoy the hot tub, sauna, or an evening around the fire, but rest assured you’ll end each day right once you crawl into top of the line bedding for your best nights sleep.

Pepper’s Place

Private marina & hot tub — cozy, relaxing studio Apt with no shared walls, just outside Sunriver Resort on a fenced acre, 20 mins to Bend and 25 mins to Mt. Bachelor. SUPs (3), kayaks (2), floats, rafts, bikes (3 adult + 2 kid), and snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a friendly golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced yard, hot tub, propane and wood fire pits. Sound-deadened movie theater and foosball room available upon request. Backyard is shared with Pepper.

You'll enjoy the main house with the best views of Smith Rock and the Cascade mountains. Smith Rock State Park is literally across the street. A great location for outdoor activities at the park or in the region. Hike, climb, bike, walk or jog around the park. Sip tea inside and watch the animals. Perfect for artist and photographers. Soak in the hot tub after a day on the trails, warm up in the barrel sauna, or gather by the fire pit under the stars. Inside, you’ll find knotty pine, a full kitchen, WiFi, and thoughtful touches. 30 min to Bend and Mt. Bachelor, 15 min to Sunriver — and far from the noise.

Steelhead Falls Log Cabin

Enjoy a restful time in our waterfront log cabin along the Deschutes River. Location is perfect for watching wildlife, fly fishing, quiet relaxation, and has easy access to hiking and rock climbing at Smith Rock and Lake Billy Chinook. Steelhead Falls is a a short hike away. Bend and Sisters are near. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate even small weddings. We recommend access to AWD vehicle with either chains or snow tires in winter. Dog friendly- sorry, no cats.
