King size bed along w/ a huge couch. Enjoy the Colorado sunshine & beautiful backyard (smoking outside OK). The owner lives on the main level with his 2 friendly pups. Hot tub shared with upstairs residents + up to 2 guests in the unit above the garage. Fire pit availability dependent upon weather.

A well-lit gated entrance leads to the 750 Sq Ft apartment with a fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress, 2 electric fireplaces, full-sized sofa bed, chair, ottomans, dining table and chairs, Wifi, and cable TV. Backyard is a shared space with a barbecue, seating and table and chairs. All surfaces are sanitized, and dishes/linens are washed between guests. You’ll have a private entrance and beautiful views of Fox Hill open space where you can often catch glimpses of fox, coyotes, owls, hawks, eagles and deer. Sit around the fire pit, or on your private patio outside. Take a walk on our park trails and enjoy Rocky Mountain and reservoir views.
