It is the PERFECT spot for summer lake fun, outdoor activities, ice fishing adventures, trail riding and more. Conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, playground, volley ball court, tennis court, boat launch, ice cream shop, state trails AND MORE! A great river for kayaking (4 included), Canoeing (1 included) and a renowned trout fishing. Come and enjoy all the local trails for HIKING, DIRT BIKES, ATV'S and SNOWMOBILING! Or just sit and relax around a campfire! The cabin is fully furnished with all bedding, towels, dish cloths etc. and a fully equipped kitchen and gas grill. There are outdoor and indoor games. Unique Woods Retreat ~ Quiet place in Nature

Our cabin in the woods is a quiet refuge, built with many unique features: a log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop on our property. The gorgeous metal stair railing hand designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

Enjoy all the lake has to offer in this adorable lake front cabin with amazing views! Watch the sunrise from the kitchen while you sip a cup of coffee. The sunsets from our beach can’t be beat. The beach is sandy with no sea wall & perfect for swimming! The beach and dock are shared with 3 other cabins. Our cabin is nestled in the trees with a short walk to Lake St. Helen. Relax after a day of fun in the sun or trails! 3 bedrooms, 1 bath plus an outdoor shower. We have 1 king bed, 2 full beds and a couch. Many state ORV trails nearby. Ride from the cabin to the trails. Fishing at the pier or boat rentals available at the marina. Cookout, have a campfire, or head into town to eat. We have a jet pack by Verizon for limited wifi service or bring your own wifi. Smart TV w/out Cable.

Lazy on the Lake

Come up north and enjoy the peaceful, laid back feel of country living.  Wake up early and go down to the dock, enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise over the lake. Traverse City is 20 minutes away where you have the national cherry festival, fine dining, casinos, and world class winery's with beautiful views of the bay. Orv trails abound, and in the winter, this year round cabin is in the heart of the snow belt with some of the best snowmobiling in the lower peninsula.

My place is close to Lake St Helen, ATV Trails, The Dream, Nightmare Golf Courses. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, it is a wonderful spot to enjoy a weekend away.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (dogs). Additional $50.. This will be charged during your booking. The cleaning fee is for supplies/house cleaner. Please do not leave a sink full of dirty dishes behind. Leave cabin in the same condition as you arrived. Thanks

Larkin’s Cabin is newly renovated & one mile from beautiful Higgins Lake!! This cabin has all the comforts of home with no sparing on that northern Michigan feel. In summer, spend the days swimming, boating or fishing & the nights cozied up by the bon fire. Winter, enjoy ice fishing, snowmobiling, or cross-country skiing with 11 miles of trails just a mile away.
