The beach is about 100 m away. Free parking on the street, or else in the parking lot at 100 m.

Located right in the heart of Dénia, on the 5th floor, close to grocery stores and restaurants Cozy apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, perfect for a comfortable living space. Kindly note that the apartment doesn't have an elevator, but let me assure you that the views from the 5th floor are absolutely worth it. Plus, think of it as a built-in workout every time you come home! You'll find everything from furniture to kitchen equipment, including a washing machine, dishwasher, TV etc.
