Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. It has just been refurbished and consists of a bedroom/kitchen with bathroom and separate toilet. It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.
