This farmhouse, built in 1948, is on a working, regenerative crop and cattle farm. It is near the dead end of a mile and a half dirt road. There are unobstructed views of the Bookcliff Mountain Range to the north and no other houses in sight. The house is surrounded with a spacious yard perfect for picnics and games. This is a very rural space only 10 minutes from downtown Fruita, and the 18 Rd. desert bike trails. Ask about having some farm raised grass finished beef to top off your stay!

A newly renovated tiny home in beautiful Redlands CO. Min away from Tabeguache trail head, the entrance to the National Monument, Handlebar restaurant, and downtown Grand Junction.
