There is a separate well equipped kitchen. All located on the ground floor is a bathroom, a large double bedroom with an *adjoining* small twin room (perfect for families). Parking directly outside. Ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds, Oxford, Blenheim palace, Cotswold Wildlife Park and many nearby landmarks.

Plenty of free parking just opposite the cottage. There is also a very handy village shop close by. This cosy cottage was converted from an old dairy at New Yatt Farm. Situated a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The cottage has underfloor heating , a log burner, and 2 cosy sofas. Bedrooms have Hypnos mattresses, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and White Company toiletries. Please note Bed 2 is quite small

Self-contained for convenience with en-suite shower room, open living/kitchen area, and log burner for cosy winter months. Guests have private parking allocated opposite the house. Please note: This annex is part of our main residence and is available for short-term lets on an ad hoc basis
