Building amenities include swimming pool, gym, sauna, lounge area with billiards table. $35 fee for overnight parking in the Garage. Stays of 28 + days parking is FREE.

Oceanfront suite, living room with sofa bed, toilet,full kitchen (dishwasher and washer/dryer). Hotel Fees: Resort Fee: $49.55/night ( beach service with towels and chairs, gym, and Wi-Fi).
