Quiet attic apartment refurbished on the 1st and last floor without elevator with parking at the foot of the building and 5 minutes walk from the city center. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x190) and the other a double bed (140x190) +a single bed (90x190) on the mezzanine to accommodate up to 5 people. About 30 km from the Magny-cours circuit, costume museum (03), spa(71), Le Pal amusement park and about 50 km from the lakes of the settons and pannecière.

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

Take a break and relax at this peaceful oasis. This charming T2 of 45m², very functional can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located 8 km from Decize / 30 min from Nevers / 30 min from Magny-Cours. On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
