House completely renovated by combining the charm of the old and modern comforts. The bedding is new and the rooms are decorated with family furniture. Baby equipment available. Linens and towels are provided. Beds will be made upon arrival and we will take care of washing the sheets and towels upon departure. Cleaning fee upon request. We're here to help you plan your visits to the many sights within walking distance. Note that the house is located on the GR13. In the center of the village, near the church and shops. Nice walks from the house. The GR13 passes along the property. 14 kilometers from Morvan Park and the Bourbon Lancy Thermal Baths and Golf Course. A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.
