The neighborhood is conducive to walking, horse riding, and kayaking. In front of the entrance, there is a fire pit, deck chairs, and a double hammock. The house has two floors. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a living room, and 4 bedrooms. A tennis court, billiards table, ping pong table, playground, and bicycles are available for guests' exclusive use. There are additional fees for the sauna and balia (Jacuzzi).
