Modern studio with private parking in the best spot in Pocitos. 8th floor, windows from ceiling to floor. Ample view with sea as background. Fully eqquiped. Very Functional. Three blocks from the beach, seafront promenade, and Buceo recreational harbor (Puerto de Buceo). Two blocks from Luis Alberto de Herrera Avenue, with the World Trade Center, Montevideo Shopping, restaurants, shops and a lively day and nightlife. Yet quiet. Excellent transportation means.

It has all the amenities, very good internet. Bright and sunny. Quiet street with little traffic. 10 min walk from the World Trade Center and Mont Shopping. Downtown can be reached in 20 minutes by bus. Has all the services and recreational places nearby. Mont. Shopping, Friendship Park for children and teenagers and Batlle Park with athletics track and stretching equipment to enjoy outdoor sports. Ideal for business travelers, students and couples.
