Upstairs : a room with two single beds, a connecting double room, and a bathroom.

Pleasant 20 m2 fully equipped studio with garden and outdoor parking. Located in a quiet and residential area. The accommodation is a 2-minute walk to local shops and a 5-minute drive to the commercial area (Auchan Plaisir, One Nation, Nike outlet, Adidas...) and many restaurants that I will be happy to recommend. We will have the pleasure to welcome you in our beautiful property, associating old and very modern style. The property is situated in the heart of an old and authentic village, closed to Versailles castle (15 minutes by car) and Saint Germain en Laye (10 minutes by car)(with an other castle). Paris is at 25 minutes. You will be able to enjoy our nice terrace and our big garden including a heated swimming pool and a pond.

We welcome you to this recent studio, independent of our home (only the entrance of vehicles is common), carefully decorated. This one is composed of a night part with a bed of 180 cm that can be divided into 2 beds of 90 cm. The studio has a desk area, a kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave grill, coffee maker, kettle… The entrance to the garden is sloping. We have a dog at our home that we can lock up if needed.
