Our house, located on the sandbox beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, is at zero position to the sea, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished, has its own separate entrance, is on the second floor of the two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can enter the sea comfortably. There is a bazaar just 100 m away from the main street for shopping, there are two free open parking lots very close (100 m).

Datça is very close to the center, at the same time in the heart of nature, this house is only 5 minutes walk to the gorgeous beautiful Hidden Cove. At the same time, it is possible to reach Mandalya and Kargı Bay and the Taşlık beach, which is located in the center, by car. Wooden products in the house, our own design and completely handmade. This pet-friendly home has a private garden space. You can prepare pleasant tables in the garden, lie on the cushions and watch the stars and enjoy the unique mountain view.
