There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can enter the sea comfortably. There is a bazaar just 100 m away from the main street for shopping, there are two free open parking lots very close (100 m).

There are 2 TVs, refrigerator and pine machine in the house. The house has an elevator, generator, water tank and hydrofoam and also has an indoor garage. The house is 50-100 meters away from the beach, Migros, cafe-restaurants, the yacht port is 300 meters.
