There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can enter the sea comfortably. There is a bazaar just 100 m away from the main street for shopping, there are two free open parking lots very close (100 m).

All official institutions, banks, bus station and shopping places are within walking distance. It is both close to the center and away from the noise of the center in a quiet neighborhood.
