The listing writes 9 beds but only 6 can sleep alone, 9 can stay. Entire house means I do not stay in your half as the place is like flats and or a duplex. Suburbia is right behind, awesome rural hectares view from front yard. The right side of shed and front yard is yours, cat is there 2. Smokers ok Fire pit can be used only 1st bag of wood free

Warwick Country Retreat Pet Friendly

This spacious 5 bedroom 2 bathroom property has ducted air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. 4 bedrooms have queen beds with a king bed in the spacious master suite. It is ideally situated on the side of a hill to allow for beautiful panoramic views. It sits on a fully fenced 5 acre block. We have recently moved to the block & living in the top shed. We both will use the same gate but this is all you will see of us. Your privacy will be respected but here if you need us.

Art's hut is a 1930's couples retreat nestled amongst a country garden and Glendale homestead. The hut is the foundation building of a family working cattle stud "Graneta". The new kitchen & living area enjoys country views with fireplace, air-conditioning & smart TV with Foxtel. We breed dropers, have 2 alpacas and frequent sightings of koalas. Horses welcome with 2 stables available. Only 26 minutes to Toowoomba Show Grounds. We can provide fresh eggs when available.

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber.
