A large bay window gives you access to a private terrace, south-facing and with a nice view! The accommodation is adjoining the main house, with its own external entrance and not overlooked. => In the center of Dirinon, Landerneau 10 min, Brest 15 min, Quimper 35 min.

Rated 3⭐by the Finistère Tourist Board. Terrace and garden in the countryside, not overlooked, surrounded by nature. Direct access to the port, sea at 100 meters. Brest 20 minutes by car. Ideally placed to visit the department.

Small Mill – Moulin de Rossiou and its pool

Le Petit Moulin is a symbolic place in the hamlet of Rossiou. This is where, for centuries, thanks to the power of water, wheat was ground by successive generations of millers. Even today, some village elders remember bringing their bag of wheat there. Completely rebuilt in the 1970s, it has retained the charm of old stones, arched doors and thick slates. Through a glass paving, you can see the flow of water under the mill.
