Richmond Retreat by Raydarr Properties, LLC

Older home with lots of character located within walking distance of downtown Richmond. If you like the outdoors there is a porch with a swing, and a sitting area in the back yard with a fish pond. Located approx. 2 miles off of I-75. The driveway goes behind the house for parking, and is quite narrow. There is plenty of room in the driveway to park out front (which is also safe), if you are unable to squeeze through. The driveway side of the yard is open, so the backyard is not fully fenced.

This house is on a peaceful country road and has three bedrooms, two full baths, and a double driveway for parking. The newer appliances include a refrigerator, cook stove, dishwasher, and coffee makers. For your convenience, we provide the coffee for you to prepare. You will find water and soda in the refrigerator. Nearby are the Cedar Creek Lake, Lincoln County Fairground, and the Boyle County Airport. It's very near Stanford, Kentucky, about ten miles from Danville, and ten from Lancaster.

Located in the heart of the Bourbon Trail. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of country living, but still close enough to cities. When you first arrive, you will find the entrance on a large, covered patio. There is a gas grill there for your use. We also have a fire pit, so bring wood. Feel free to take a walk down to the river at the bottom of our property. There you will find a park like setting where you can relax and listen to nature if you like. We even have space for horses and boats. We can offer peace and quiet, a clear view of the stars and hummingbird theatrics.
