We are a passionate family. We moved from England to Italy searching for a place to SLOW DOWN. A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. Situated in atmospheric, peaceful surroundings and equipped with a private entrance and bathroom, the apartment functions as the ideal romantic nest for individuals, couples or small families. Guests can pick organic fruits, relax or be active in the nature - or enjoy the superb gastronomy and wines of the area.

The b&b is open to everyone. Vegan and non-vegan. It is an independent studio with bathroom and kitchenette. In respect of animals, all spaces are cruelty free. No goose feathers and cleaning products are not tested on animals. Breakfast is independent. In the studio you will find breakfast products and also basic cooking products. The view is one of the most beautiful in Venice, from the windows you can admire the Accademia bridge and the galleries, and the splendid Palaces of this part of the Grand Canal.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.
