Our apartment is located in the Budapest historical dowtown, just inside of our boulevard on the north side.The building was built in 1889 and it is in nice condition now. The apartment has the highest quality in every details. The apartment sits on a boulevard in Budapest's historic downtown area, close to the Opera, St Stephen's Basilica, the Hungarian Parliament Building, the WestEnd shopping center, and the city's famous ruin bars.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house.
