It is accessed from the Serpentina, a tree-lined road that connects upper Termini with lower Termini. The center can be reached on foot in a few minutes, along the characteristic cobblestone streets. The equipped lido, the port and the train station are also within walking distance.

Our newly built vacation home "Casa Via dell'Acqua" (year 2023), is located on the edge of a small valley with ample space in the middle of nature among olive trees and citrus trees typical of Sicily. It is about 3 km from the sea and the fishing village of San Nicola L'Arena. The view falls on the mountains of the "Pizzo Cane" nature reserve (you can hike) and you can glimpse the sea. Next to the house is another vacation home of my mother's ideal for +4 people.

As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Unser neu erbautes Ferienhaus "Casa in mezzo ai FichiD'India" liegt am Rande eines kleinen Tales, 3km vom Meer und dem Fischerdorf San Nicola L'Arena entfernt. Der Blick fällt auf's Meer und die Küste Richtung Cefalù. Hinter dem Haus befinden sich die Berge des Naturreservats "Pizzo Cane".
