Activities: Tennis (10 m), Aquatic centre (15 m), Greenway (5 m), horse riding (10 m). Shared garden with another house that is not often used (however, large garden and separate spaces).

Private garden with outdoor seating. The house is not modern but has the ideal comfort for a few days of fun in the countryside. The walks nearby are very pleasant!

On the second floor of this building, I have preserved the spirit of the house in a modern atmosphere mixing design, industrial, flea market and art. On the ground floor, a wine cellar offers nice little dinners and welcomes you on Friday and Saturday nights.
