Just 2.5 miles from Dollywood, miles from The Island in Pigeon Forge, 13 miles from the Gatlinburg runway, & 15 miles from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Close to everything yet far enough away to be considered private & secluded. Enjoy a massive lit up firepit, game room, 8-person dinner table, 3 bedrooms with HDTV’s, and 3 full bathrooms.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.
