Village school meets country house style This charming house was built in 1920 as a village school. At the beginning of 2025, we took it over and since then we have been transforming five apartments into stylish retreats with a lot of love – three are already finished. Our focus is deliberately on slowing down and relaxing. We have done away with televisions and invite you to come to yourself: in nature, on the nearby beach. Listen to the sound of the waves, breathe deeply and enjoy the simple, beautiful life.

This lovingly furnished apartment in the country house style is part of the former village school of Welzin. The building has been here for over 100 years, far away from media and city noise. If you just want to "get out" and do without the TV, you will find the best starting point for a great Baltic Sea vacation here. Sunbathing on the Baltic Sea, fishing, cycling, kitesurfing and much more. 3 Baltic Sea beaches alone can be reached in 15 minutes. A fireplace ensures a cozy indoor climate.

Rosenhagen / Gutsscheune Thorstorf vacation home

In südwestlicher Ausrichtung bietet die Wohnung Platz zum Wohlfühlen und Genießen für maximal 8 Personen auf ca. 140 m². Aufgeteilt ist die Wohnung in Küche mit großem Essbereich, Bad, Wohnzimmer, Veranda, zwei Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafgalerie. Ein Schlafzimmer und die Schlafgalerie befinden sich auf der zweiten Ebene, von der aus Sie einen wunderschönen Blick über die Felder bis hin zum Wald haben. A warm welcome! You will spend your holiday in a wooden holiday home in the middle of the countryside, which we have designed according to ecological and sustainable building criteria. It is located in a small holiday village, has 3 bedrooms on 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining area. Outside there is a perennial garden with berries and flowers and a swimming pond 200 metres away at the Parin manor house! The ground floor is barrier-free and has been certified as such .

"Feldrain" – a cozy wooden house in the countryside, part of an ensemble with a communal sauna and private garden. Large windows open the view of the horse paddock, nature and tranquility included. On about 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) will find space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

In the middle of our wonderful orchard is our spacious house with a cozy eat-in kitchen, in which a fireplace provides coziness in cold weather. In summer, the large terrace with a shady apple tree invites you to eat together. In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.
