Approximately two hours from the GW bridge - this beautiful country home is located directly on the Delaware River. The house features a full kitchen, a large dining room, and two porches that overlook the river. Watch the eagles, warm up by the fireplace, ski, hike, fish, canoe, swim, eat and laze about. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

Tucked on a quiet road just minutes from hiking trails and Willowemoc fly fishing, we’re also only a winding 15-minute drive to charming Livingston Manor, a quintessential Catskills town, and less than 2 hours from NYC.

The Cabin at Pleasant Valley Farm

The cabin is located on a dirt road on our farm with a beautiful pond and an amazing view! This off-grid, cabin has two queen beds (100% cotton sheets), a mini-kitchen with a battery-ignition gas range, solar powered refrigerator, solar lighting, a wood stove, an outdoor shower, a fire pit, and an old-fashioned outhouse. An expansive porch and dock provide comfortable outdoor living. A seasonal favorite, the cabin is available May-Oct.

The River Queen

The River Queen is a beautiful, light and airy house adjacent to the Damascus access to the Delaware River. With 3 bedrooms it can accommodate your whole family or a group of friends who enjoy rafting or boating on this pristine waterway in a bald eagle habitat. Enjoy the natural beauty around you and have all the conveniences of home as well as a deck with a hot tub. True relaxation!
