The house is located at the top of Villa Tallbacka's large plot, about 30 meters from the dwelling house where the host lives. The guesthouse is surrounded by magnificent beech and oak trees. You will have access to the southern part of the guesthouse as well as a private patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. A soothing environment with walking distance to beautiful hiking areas, swimming area, grocery stores and restaurants. The guesthouse has a bridge upstairs that can be risky for small children.

Nestled in a rhododendron in the northern part of Hjelmsjöborg Park is this octagonal tower Palm House. This is a very unique building where you get a home like nothing else. Five meters in ceiling height, beautiful stucco fixtures, brick paintings, a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom, spiral staircase, a stone-laid patio with a Mediterranean feel and not even a stone's throw from the house is Hjelmsjön's nice tennis courts. In the winter months, it can get a little cold, then you have to crawl up on the sofa and light a fire in the fireplace.

Härlig stuga från 50-talet med fina vintage-möbler inspirerade av samma årtionde. Är sista stugan på vägen ut på en udde i Vittsjös sjöområde så här har du lugnet och tystnaden, men är ändå bara en promenad från affärer och tåg. Skogen inpå knuten och härliga strövområden. Bra fiske bara metrar från ytterdörren. Här vaknar du med utsikt över vacker sjö! Njut av stjärnhimlen och ugglornas hoande på kvällen. Från 1 november 2025 ändrar vi ena sovrummet till en lounge och tar endast två gäster.
