The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich. Bad mit Fenster, Waschmachine, Verdunkelung im Schlafz. Die Wohnung in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage, bietet Anbindung an ÖNV und div. Läden fußläufig in ca. 5 min .
