De Middellandse zee ligt op 50 meter, zodat je iedere ochtend wakker wordt met het kalme ruisen van de zee. Het appartement ligt in een mooi en goed onderhouden afgesloten complex op de 4de verdieping direct aan de zee (eerste lijn). Het is geschikt voor 4 personen, maar een 5de is mogelijk, want de slaapbank kun je als bed gebruiken. De keuken is volledig ingericht met koelkast, vriezer, wasmachine.

We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It also has 1 garage space and direct access to the beach. We disinfect with an ozone machine.

This charming apartment has a room with a comfortable 150-centimeter bed to guarantee a restful rest after a day full of sun and fun. In addition, the living room offers an additional 110-centimeter sofa bed and a 65-inch TV. Impeccable bathroom and open kitchen. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold) to maintain a pleasant atmosphere. When you decide to relax away from the sand, you can take a dip in the community pool.

We are a couple with 2 children and bought this apartment in 2023 to enjoy as a family. We have completely renovated it and love spending days there relaxing and disconnecting. Next to the beach, with a pool in summer and all amenities just a short walk from the apartment. Fully equipped, with Wi-Fi, A/C, new appliances, fully stocked kitchen, towels, and sheets. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
