There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, barbecue, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

The house is located in a picturesque place between two bodies of water, perfect for people who want peace and relaxation, excluding parties 🙂 This is the only cottage on the plot. Fully fenced area, with a jetty providing access to water (no baths allowed). We offer a 3-person boat. Lake Saxon the Great is about 200 meters away, where bathing is possible. Prices of wood for the stay (in PLN): fireplace: 200 fireplace: 250 jacuzzi + water change: 350

Idealne miejsce na ucieczkę z miasta. Dom jest naszą prywatną własnością , którą od czasu do czasu chcemy wynająć spokojnym osobom, szukającym wyciszenia i odpoczynku. Cisza, spokój, nieopodal dojście do jeziora(ok 5 min spacerkiem), szlaki rowerowe i ścieżki leśne. Each apartment has an independent entrance and equipment that allows you to stay in Siedlisko forever.
