La Berthussie is situated at the edge of Cussac, a village in the Perigord/ limousine nature reserve: soft hills, lakes, historical sites, and lovely walking trails. Our peaceful and spacious house of 240 sq. m can easily host a family of 8. It is surrounded by a vast mature garden, a private pond just 50m from the house, a chestnut orchard and fruit trees. The supermarket is 5 minute walking distance, as are the boulangerie, a cafe- restaurant/ pharmacie and the weekly market square.

Our house from 1829 has been renovated in a style that mixes the old and the modern. Upon entering, you will be seduced by a large living room with all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay. On the ground floor, a bedroom for two and a bathroom equipped with a large shower. Upstairs, in the converted attic, there is another double bed, a single bed and a baby bed, as well as everything you need to keep your family entertained.
